Black Elderberry has a long history as a winter treatment of common colds and influenza, and as an immune system booster. Black elderberry also has a long history of use with treating respiratory illness as well as having impressive ant inflammatory properties. Although studies have yet to be conducted elderberry is thought to contain potent ant aging properties.
