Milk Thistle (silymarin) is a flowering herb related to the daisy and ragweed family and has long been used to support liver function and liver detoxification. There's some research that shows Milk Thistle may also help lower cholesterol levels. Nature's Way Milk Thistle delivers 175mg of Milk Thistle Seed Extract along with 120mg of Blessed Thistle to support liver function and detoxification.
