My first cycle was only a month, I didn't start seeing results until the last week so I took my PCT and then ran a 60 day cycle. Similar to my first cycle results didn't begin for 3-4 weeks but ran a 60 day cycle and things really picked up about a month in. Don't bother running a month long cycle do 60 days. I managed to cut a ton of fat, put on a good amount of lean muscle and really improved my physique in about two months.
