Directions & Dosage
Take 5 tablets 3-6 times daily. For best results always take 5-10 tablets 20 minutes prior to exercise or competition and immediately following. Athletes may take up to 10 tablets per serving up to 6 times daily at least 2.5 hours apart.
- 100-125lbs: take 7 tablets per serving, 3 daily servings
- 126-151lbs: take 7 tablets per serving, 4 daily servings
- 152-177lbs: take 8 tablets per serving, 4 daily servings
