What Does Vitamin B6 Do?
Vitamin B6 is a water soluble vitamin that your body needs for a variety of functions. It plays a role in the creation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Your body cannot produce Vitamin B6 meaning you can only get it through food or supplementation.
Directions
Use only as directed. Take one vegetarian capsule daily with a meal or glass of water. Store in a cool, dry place.
