Nurri Strawberry Milk Shake Review & Taste Test

If you're into the worlds of Fitness or Supplements, or if you're a Costco Shopper, you've no doubt heard of Nurri Protein Shakes. These are one of the hottest protein drinks on the market and they're truly unique, first off it comes in a can, and secondly, it's technically not a protein shake, it's an Ultra Filtered Skim Milk. 

Nurri Protein Shakes pack 30 grams of protein with just 1 gram of sugar and 150 calories. Nurri Protein Drinks initially rolled out maybe a year back in Chocolate, a few months back we got a Vanilla flavor and we've been eagerly awaiting the new Strawberry Nurri rolling out and it finally dropped today, Monday August 18th, 2025.

What's Nurri Strawberry Milk Shake Taste Like?

So Nurri Protein Drinks while delicious, are a bit thinner than some other protein drinks on the market like Fair Life, keep inmind this is an Ultra Filtered Skim Milk so it is going to be a bit of a thinner consistency, this isn't bad and isn't a knock on the product but don't go into it expecting a Casein Protein or a Fair Life. 

As far as the taste goes, it's pretty spot on as being close to a Nesquick Strawberry Milk you probably remember from childhood. You can taste a bit of that artificial sweetener aftertaste, but it's not bad. With various flavors of Nurri I find the Chocolate Nurri tastes the best and does the best job of covering up a slight artificial sweetener taste, the Vanilla is very good but its noticeable. It's slightly less noticeable with the Strawberry Nurri but still somewhat noticeable, but the drink still tastes great. 

If I had to rank the New Strawberry Nurri 1-10 I'd probably give it a 7.5 all things considered, the taste the macros and the price point, it's incredibly affordable for a Ready to Drink (RTD) Protein option.

Is Strawberry Nurri the Best Nurri Flavor?

If I had to rank the Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry Nurri flavors, chocolate is going to come out the clear winner. It's pretty close between Vanilla and Strawberry, both are tasty but I'd probably give strawberry a slight edge and place it in the number two spot with Nurri Vanilla ranking #3.
