ACP-105 is a Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator or SARM. It was originally developed by Acadia Pharmaceuticals to help treat degenerative conditions like osteoporosis and muscle wasting.

Unlike older performance enhancers ACP-105 was designed to be "selective" meaning it targets the androgen receptors in your muscles and bones while trying to avoid receptors in organs like the prostate or liver.

ACP-105 doesn't come from a plant or natural food source, its a synthetic research chemical which was created in a lab specifically for medical research. ACP-105 is not approved by the FDA for human use and is currently sold primarily through "research chemical" websites rather than supplement stores.

Is ACP-105 a Sarm, Steroid or Peptide?

ACP-105 is a SARM, a Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator. It's NOT a steroid. While steroids are blunt instruments that affect the entire body and often convert to estrogen or DHT, SARMS like ACP-105 are non-steroidal and designed for tissue selectivity. It's also NOT a peptide as peptides are chains of amino acids that usually signal the body to release hormones like Growth Hormone for example. ACP-105 works directly on androgen receptors instead.

Which Prohormones Are Most Similar to ACP-105?

1-Andro Prohormones (1-Testosterone, Chosen1, LG Sciences 1-Andro)

Why It's Similar: Like ACP-105, 1-Andros do not aromatize into estrogen which means you get dry muscle gains without bloating or man boobs.

The Effect: It focuses on muscle hardness and strength. Users report a similar recomp effect where they lose fat while tightening up muscle tissue. 

Epiandros (Winstrol, Dymethazine, Superstrol7)

Why It's Similar: ACP105 is often used in cutting phases to stay strong while leaning out. Epiandros are designed specifically for lean mass and high muscle definition.

The Effect: It increases protein synthesis and nitrogen retention while preventing water weight, similar to the dry look that ACP-105 provides. 

What Reddit Is Saying About ACP-105

I ran ACP three times thus far at a dose of 10mg per day. Strength has always gone up and only side effect has been a mild headache. 

On my first cycle of ACP105, its an excellent preworkout androgen and spikes fast, increases strength and makes me feel super good metnally. 

I've taken it along with MK677, had popping veins and more strenght and endurance.

ACP105 is a powerful research chemical that offers a middle ground between natty lifting and harsh steroids. Because it lacks long term human clinical trials anyone using it is essentially acting as their own test subject.
