And today, what are we going over?

Jeff:
We're going over the Cutting Andro Kit by LG Sciences.

Brad :
Yeah. We already did one of these videos, we're going to do all of them. These have had a ton of requests to go over, because they are an all-in-one kit. So you don't have to buy anything extra, everything is included in here. Have you used any of these kits before?

Jeff:
I personally have not, but if I was, usually if I take any type of pro-hormone, it's going to be a cutting kit. Normally during the springtime I'll do that. I'd say right now, but it is snowing, so it's not the time for me to cut. But cutting kits are usually my favorite, because usually they have ingredients that don't get me bloated.

Brad :
Yeah.

Jeff:
No water retention. And if I really want to get that dryer, that harder look, cutting pro-hormones are the way to go.

Brad :
Yep. For sure. And this kit has four products inside of it. It has an and Epi Andro, a 1-Andro, a 17-Pro Andro and then Form-XT. Form-XT is going to be the PCT, it's basically Resvaratrol and Epicatechin and Arimistane, which is going to be an estrogen blocker, a hard health and a muscle builder.

Jeff:
Yes.

Brad :
All non-hormonal.

Jeff:
And we've talked about that Epicatechins before. It's not Epicatechin?

Brad :
Kin. I think it's whatever you want it to be.

Jeff:
Okay. I've taken Epicatechin before, and the thing I like about them is they're all natural. It's a great muscle builder. I actually take it year round, but I like that they put it in the PCT, because you still want to know that [crosstalk 00:01:59]. Yes.

Brad :
Yeah.

Jeff:
It's not like, "Oh, it's all over, no I'm filled with micro hormones."

Brad :
Yeah. And that is a mindset a lot of people have when they're on their PCT. They stop working out as hard, they don't sleep as good, they don't eat as much, or eat as well. If you're coming off a pro-hormone cycle, you just think, "Oh, what's the point?" But it does give you something, it keeps the muscle growing.

Brad :
So Epi Andro, I believe that converts into DHT, right?

Jeff:
Yep.

Brad :
So that is going to be a big reason why this is a cutting pro-hormone. DHT, dihydrotestosterone, it does not convert to estrogen. It's very anabolic and it does keep you very dry. And it does help us strength a lot too. It's huge with strength.

Brad :
And then we have the 1-Andro, that's probably the most common pro-hormone ingredient. One converts to one testosterone, which is very similar to testosterone, but on the first functional group, it's not a carbon, it's something else. That's what the one means. But basically it's going to act very similar to testosterone, but since it's not, it doesn't get converted to estrogen. That also is really good for strength and staying lean. It really stops any muscle breakdown.

Brad :
It's not huge for muscle growth, but that's not really what this is for. That might be more what the Epi Andro's for the growth, the one Andro is going to be to preserve all of your lean muscle, water and caloric deficit.

Jeff:
And whenever I do a cutting cycle in the spring, my two favorite ones are Epi and One test. And those are the ones I usually recommend to people, because they work so well when your goal is to really get trimmed and cut for the summer season.

Brad :
Yeah. And when you're low calorie too, when you're trying to cut down, usually your strength goes down a lot. So it is a good thing where you can keep pushing in the gym, keep seeing your numbers go up, while you're losing some fat. And the 17-Pro Andro, I believe that also does convert to DHT. So you kind of have a couple different ways of going about it there. Basically three different pro hormones, all going to convert to things that are going to help you with strength, leaning out, and not getting estrogen, which is one of the biggest factors of cutting. You don't want any estrogen when you're cutting, because it just adds water, it adds bloat pretty much everything you don't want when you're trying to cut.

Jeff:
Exactly. And so the good thing about the kit is, like we talked about earlier, especially if you're beginner and you're kind of confused on how to take all these products, there's a nice little chart in the back of this, that basically tells you everything you need to know.

Brad :
Day by day, how many times per day, how many weeks.

Jeff:
When to take it during the day. You just set your little Google alarm, tells you when to do it and you're good to go.

Brad :
It even says morning, noon, bedtime when you take a dose.

Jeff:
Yes. Exactly. One of the questions, we talked about this in the other videos, but one of the questions is, I'm going to ask you again. This is four weeks?

Brad :
One month of a cycle.

Jeff:
One month of a cycle. I want to go full eight because I don't feel it until week three anyway.

Brad :
Right.

Jeff:
What's the best way to do this?

Brad :
The best way. This kit is six weeks worth of taking stuff. The actual pro-hormones are going to last four weeks. The PCT is three weeks. What you would do is, if you got two kits of these, you would take the Epi, the One and the 17-Pro for eight straight weeks. And then you would take, starting on week eight, start taking Form-XT and then take that for six total weeks. From week eight to week... Eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, 13. From week eight to week 13, you would take Form-XT, week one to eight, take all the pro-hormones. And then, once you're done with the two month and a half of pro-hormones, give it another couple weeks to fully wash out, since you're off of pro-hormones, off of everything, for two full months. And then from there you can probably start another cycle.

Jeff:
Yeah. And talking to people on the phone and everything. And we talked to them about this, a lot of times, what they'll do is over January, February, they'll take the bulking kit, which we haven't talked about yet, but it's in another video. Then they'll take their PCT get off for like a month, month and a half, and then they'll start up doing a cutting kit for the summer season. It's a good way to run them all through. Other things about this, should be 21 or over to take this type of product. Think the older you are, the better it works? Any other concerns here.

Brad :
One thing I would add into this, a lot of times of people see a cutting kit, they think that this in and of itself is going to burn fat off of you. You have to also be in a caloric deficit to lose fat. You will definitely build muscle with this regardless, but the muscle you're going to build with this works better if you are losing fat at the same time. You can't eat 8,000 calories a day and take this and think you're still going to lose fat. You have to meet it halfway with your diet. High protein is going to be the biggest thing, and then burning more calories than you're taking in is going to be what actually loses the fat. This is just what you take in conjunction to keep growing muscle while you're doing it.

Jeff:
And doing this sparing muscle, you tend to lose. Everybody knows that when you're dropping weight, you are dropping strength and everything. So this does preserve it. That's a great point, because it's the same thing some people have asked. "Can I just take this and do nothing?"

Brad :
No. Well, you can. Sure if you could buy it and do that, but you just won't see the results you want to. You want to still work out hard, you want to get good rest and you want to diet. If you're only doing a couple of those things, you'll still see results, but if you want maximum results, take this, rest, diet. Those are the best things you can do. And train hard too.

Jeff:
Exactly.

Brad :
