Adds a good pump. I've been using it with Creatine and it gives alright results. Doesn't give as much energy as I would like. Good for beginners - intermediate or those slightly sensitive to stims.
I love to take the sour apple give me a great pump I have seen amazing results in two years
This product is great, it is a great source of creatine, NO amino acids. Does contain beta alanine for those sensitive to it but otherwise offers great energy and pump during workout. Also makes me sweat a little more and lose water weight.
One of the best preworkouts of all time, classic formula that gets the job done every time. If you are sensitive to stimulates you might want to take it easy on your first try but the effects are great once you get used to it. Great energy, pump, and focus through the whole workout
Best preworkout of all time
You have to be careful with any preworkout, and honestly this one takes a little getting used to. Start with half to 2/3's a serving to start. Personally, I slam 2/3's right before I leave, then add a bit to my BCAA drink during the workout. I get plenty of sustained energy, which I what I love the most about this pre. I feel like I am able to lift longer with it. Eat before, or get the shakes. Something as small as a couple pieces of wheat bread will do the trick or a banana as well. Of all the Pre's I have bought, this one lasts the longest. It does get a little clumpy in the container after a while, so make sure and seal it tight, and do not leave it open under any circumstances or store it in a place with moisture.
N.O. xplode is one of the first preworkouts that i used and i continued to use it for about a year. What's good about the product is that you're buying a tirelessly tested and proven product. However it is not optimal for everyone. One thing i do not like is that it's difficult to discern how much of each ingredient you're getting because of the large proprietary blend that BSN uses. I believe you can call the company and ask for specific numbers but that's a bit of a hassle. Another downside , atleast it was for me, is that this product can sometimes be rough on the stomach and can cause: bloating, stomach cramping, flatulence and if not taken on an empty stomach almost functions like a laxative. One really good thing though is that when i used it i experienced little to no crash from the product which can be due to a number of things but this isn't always easy to find with preworkouts as many make people crash hard after the gym.
