Really helps with endurance!
I was skeptical about his product, but was blown away. I work out first thing in the morning, so getting in some good carbs is important. I normally have a banana/apple/orange pre-workout. This morning I gave this sample packet a try and wow! Today was an hour of back/abs followed by 30 min of steady state cardio. Normally I am about to fall of the treadmill but today I found myself running tall and increasing the speed higher than normal. This is the most energized I've felt during a post-lift cardio session.
I use to take pure dextrose before and after workouts to increase my uptake of nutrients prior and post workout. Dextrose by itself made it that I have stomach aches occasionally so I switched to this when it hit our shelves. My lifts have increased, size increased and post importantly my muscular endurance has improved. I no longer fatigue has fast and often when doing my routines which involve a lot of HITT and super sets.
Karbolyn helps sustain my energy and endurance in long workouts. It's not entirely necessary but it works for what it's intended.
Good but not needed
Overall, this is Karbolyn a good product, but I don't think that it is an absolutely essential one. It definitely gets the job done by providing you with 50 grams of protein per serving. Because of this, it is definitely best used for muscle building purposes. However, there plenty of other ways to get good carbs without buying a supplement.
I used this product 1 hour before running 10 miles along with sipping another 16 oz throughout my run. I normally hit the wall at 7.5 miles and this sustained my engergy throughout the entire run. I did not have that crash you get afterwards when you drink the goos. It even tasted great! Felt so much better after this run. I also had more strength than normal to run up all the hills. Great product. So glad I found this. It really helped my muscles stay strong for 2.5 hours. Definitely would recommend!
Overall a great product
i have been through a 4.4b container now and i love this stuff.i take it one scoop pre and post workout and have noticed a decrease in my fatigue making it great for getting the last few reps up that count.
