decent but not huge help

This is a pretty good supplement just for overall health. But as for fat loss, Bio Nutrition Safflower Oil is not going to do too much for you. It can help you lose a little bit more fat than you would be losing if you did not take any supplement whatsoever, but it really is not going to be a significant amount. However, it all depends on what your goals are. If you really need to lose that extra little bit of fat, then this can help you get what you want.

Very good cheap product

This is a very good product. I take two pills in the morning along with my multivitamin. Taking safflower oil helps cardiovascular health. I really like this product because it contains a decent amount of CLA which I really need in my diet. Also this product isnt too expensive. A good product and def should buy.
