Package Descriptions / Value

For international packages, the customs form will be affixed to the outside of your box. This will list each item name and the total quantity of that item in the package. Due to International Law, we cannot adjust or change the description of your order. We constantly research and communicate with customs agencies and shipping carriers worldwide to ensure you package has the highest chance of arriving safely and quickly.

We do not include shipping costs in the total of your declared value. Any coupons, rewards, or other discounts are removed from the value of your order to reflect the actual price of the items, which helps lower the Declared Value. Due to International Law, we cannot adjust or change the value of your order.

Prohibited and Returned Items

While we do our best to stay on top of customs laws in most major shipping destinations, it is ultimately your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order.
