How Many Calories Per Serving?

Two tablespoons of traditional peanut butter contains about 180 calories, while two tablespoons (approximately 12 grams) of PB2 powder, and contains just 53 calories. PB2 also contains approximately 40% protein by weight. PB2 is a powdered peanut butter that can be reconstituted with water or any liquid of your choice - juice, jelly/jam, or honey.

Dip fruit directly into the powder, mix PB2 with a non-dairy frozen topping, make a milkshake or smoothie, or add it to a protein drink for improved flavor and increased protein content. Mix 2 tablespoons of PB2 with 1 tablespoon of water and stir until smooth.

Yummy PB2 Peanut Butter Refrigerator Oatmeal

The Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 4 Tbsp. PB2
  • 4 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (buy your favorite at any store!)
  • 1 1/3 cups favorite milk (skim, whole, almond, soy, coconut)
  • preferred sweetener (agave, honey, stevia, brown sugar) (to taste)

*optional: banana slices, raisins, cinnamon, unsweetened coconut, chocolate chips, cacao nibs.

In a medium size bowl (or 4 small bowls - divide ingredients equally), mix together PB2, oats, chia seed and yogurt. Carefully stir in milk and sweeten to taste. Finally, you can add 1 or more of the optional ingredients. Cover the bowl(s) with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator 5-6 hours or overnight.

Raw Peanut Butter Fudge Pop Tart


  • 1 cup of pitted dates
  • 4 tsp. of oats
  • 2 tbsp. of PB2 mixed with 1 TBS of water
  • 2 Tbsp. almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tsp. of honey
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tortillas

For peanut butter "icing" 2 tbsp. of PB2 mixed with 1 TBS of water, 1 tbsp. of honey, 2 tbsp. of coconut flakes

Steps: Mix first six ingredients in blender until dough is thick. Stop and scrape the sides of the blender. When dough is thick, divide and put in the center of each tortilla. Fold all four sides of the tortillas into a pop tart shape. Cook in a Panini press, or on a skillet flipping to cook both sides. Once it's brown, set in the fridge to cool while you prepare the icing. Put all the ingredients for the icing in a mug and microwave for 1 minute. Take out and mix. Take out pop tarts from fridge, top with 1tbs of peanut butter icing each and coconut flakes to taste.

    good cheap stuff

    Bought this several times. Great to add to oatmeal, cereal, shakes, and yogurt.

    A great nutritional substitute for peanut butter

    I came across this for the first time at a Smoothie King. Then I found it online significantly cheaper here at Best Price Nutrition. I LOVE this PB2. It is a great peanut butter alternative without all the fat & oils. I use it for anything I would use regular peanut butter for, and I even eat it plain by itself.

    Powdered peanut butter

    Pb2 is the original defatted powdered peanut butter brand! Wow that was a mouthful! It's just defatted peanuts, and a bit of sugar and salt for all the flavor of peanut butter! But 2 tbsp of the powder makes 1 tbsp of creamy peanut butter, not two. Mix two tbsp powder with 1 tbsp water (or Greek yogurt for creamier texture) and eat or spread like pb!

    This product is seriously addictive!

    I always look forward to my protein shake for recovery and one of the reasons why is because P2B is so delicious! I mix P2B with chocolate protein powder, low calorie silk coconut milk, 1/4 banana and ice and its my dream come true when Im on a "diet!" It bakes really well into recipes too, Ive also added it to protein pancakes and it adds a little bit more flavor without the fat! Try it you'll love it!!

    I am in love with Bell Plantation's PB2 powdered peanut butter. My favorite way to eat it is to mix it with water and then dip apple slices in it. It's a great snack that comes out to about 125 calories total. I also like to mix it in protein shakes and oatmeal. It tastes amazing mixed in chocolate protein powder and also cookies n cream type flavors. I love that it's low calorie and tastes great. I haven't had regular peanut butter since I got hooked on PB2. It's just that good.

    This is some really good peanut butter. I like it because it is powdered so you can add it into ice cream or smoothies or protein shakes. It is also great because it is gluten free, which does not really benefit me because I do not have gluten allergies, but can be helpful to some people. Also, the flavor is really natural. This is the most natural peanut butter you will ever have, unless you make it yourself. The consistency is not so creamy, but it is definitely natural.

    I love PB2! I use it for many different things when trying to get in a quick, healthy, and delicious snack. It is good to eat it on its when mixed, and also great to add into things like protein shakes, gainer shakes, yogurt, oats, etc. It's a great thing to satisfy your love for pb without all the extra calories.

    Okaaay, but not amazing

    I love peanut butter. I love it from the jar, I love it on my toast, I love it by itself. But I did not love PB2. I can see why people would have it, and I would have it, but I cannot really see why people would 'crave' it. I love peanut butter because of the crunch, the creaminess, the taste. PB2 though has no crunch, no cream, and a taste that promises both will come, but delivers none. I would add it to my shakes, or to baked good, or greek yogurt, etc. But I wouldn't go searching for this. My standards are too high when ti comes to peanut butter flavouring...


    PB2 is a very good tasting product. Has a lot less fat and a lot less calories than any other regular peanut butter, making it a great alternative for any body type of fitness goals. Worth using.

    Great product!

    This is a fantastic product! I tried it late last year and absolutely loved it. It doesn't have a big amount of protein or any other nutrients in it, but it made my protein shakes taste awesome when I added it. That is usually how I used this. Instead of making actual peanut butter, I just added 1 serving to my protein shake every day. Definitely try this!

    Changes the game for me low fat ,sugar due wish sodium was lower .haven't touched peanut butter for 4 yrs except occasional small spoon at work. Delivery also very prompt with no damage.     PB2 is probably one of the greatest things to happen since sliced bread which is ironic cause it goes great with sliced bread!! I seriously love this stuff. 2 tbs of powder and a tbsp of water and you have regular peanut butter 35% the fat calories! I' sometimes liketo add a bit more water to make it more pastey and use as a topping for pancakes, much easier to spread. It's also great to mix with numerous flavored protein powders! Even great for cooking, I've made some delicious peanutbutter cookies with this! The chocolate version is amazing as well. You seriously can not go wrong buying this product.

    I am a peanut butter lover but peanut butter is very high in fat. I love this product since it is low in calories and fat. I also use this product for cooking which as very good too.
