What is ZMA?

ZMA is a natural mineral supplement which is made from zinc, magnesium, and vitamin b6. The Zinc is intended to help support the immune system. The magnesium plays a role in metabolism and maintaining healthy muscles, and the B6 may help to boost and support energy levels.

Instructions

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Take 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime. For best results avoid taking within one hour of consuming dairy products or calcium containing food or supplements.
