good pumps

This L-Arginine by NOW Foods is a great supplement to add to the list of must-haves. It is cheap enough to add it to pretty much any pre workout supplement that you are taking, and will provide you with a pretty good benefit as far as blood flow and pumps go. With that being said, I am unsure as to whether the other claims are worth anything, but if only for pumps it is a good supplement. A few of my friends do not believe in taking anything but this for pumps.
