I use this mixed in a half cup of water before bedtime. Magnesium is really good for you plus it relaxes you. I think the powder is better than the pills (for relaxation part) but it doesn't taste great. I guess you could mix it in juice instead of water. This product was out of stock most places and Best Price Nutrition had it. Great customer service!!
I use about half of the recommended dosage as any more of the magnesium causes some distress to my digestive system.
