Panda Sinister Preworkout vs. Skull Preworkout
Both Sinister and Skull are fantastic preworkouts however Sinister Preworkout and at this time is no longer available for purchase. As far as the differences between these preworkouts Sinister featured 36 grams of active ingredients per scoop where as Skull features 21 grams of active ingredients which is still a hefty dose but not quite as hefty as Sinisters mega dosed formula. Both feature hefty dosages of Citrulline, Agmatine and other pump inducing ingredients though Sinister has a gram or two more of each per scoop. Overall both are solid preworkouts, on the scale of mega dosed preworkouts Sinister was a 10/10 where as Skull is an 8/10.
Directions
SKULL should be consumed 20 minutes prior to any workout or exercise session. Depending on tolerance, start with 1/2 - 1 scoops and mix vigorously in 8 Oz of water until dissolved fully. Do NOT exceed 2 scoops.
