Directions & Dosage

5% nutrition has usually been my go to as far as supplements are concerned and 5150 is no exception. This blend works so well, I’ve had to cut the dosage and time my workouts and restroom activity. I definitely feel the caffeine kick without the jitters nor the feeling of my heart bursting through my chest and the mental focus has kept me at work losing track of time that rolls into the nighttime hours at times.
I usually stick to another pre-workout but I needed to try something different so that I wouldn't get used to the formula for that one. I decided to go with 5150 because its claimed to be extremely strong....IT IS! This is not a newbie's pre-workout. The pump and energy last all the way through weight training, into cardio, and even during the walk out of the gym back to the car. It's legit.
