HMB is short for Hydroxymethylbutyrate and is a chemical that is made when our bodies break down the amino acid leucine. HMB has anti-catabolic effects and supplementing with HMB may help increase protein synthesis, promotes lean muscle development and supports speedier muscle recovery while preventing muscle waste. Each serving of Allmax HMB 3000 contains 3000mg of HMB along with 405mg of Calcium.

What is HMB Good For?
