Long ago I used to really enjoy MHP Protein Pudding but I can never find it anymore. When I saw this stuff at the Arnold I had to try it. Not quite as good as MHP but very good and its much cheaper since its a powder and not premade. Use milk or almond milk when making this, its ok with water but much better and much creamier with milk
