Micellar Casein

Provides all essential amino acids except cysteine. Casein has a high digestibility and bioavailability making it a higher quality protein source to ingest. Casein is a slow release protein making it great for recovery and making Core Puddn a great late night snack. 

Whey Protein Concentrate

Milk Protein Isolate
