Directions
CTD Sports recommends that you take 1 capsule with 8 ounces of water or with a meal. Do this only once per day. Once you have assessed your tolerance, you can move up to taking 1-2 capsules twice per day. Do not use within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take more than 4 capsules per day. To cycle, take CTD Sports Adrenal Reset after taking with for 4-8 weeks.
