Good stuff

Added serving of vegetables to Perfect Food Raw...great to use with frozen fruit and Greek yogurt very filling and sticks with me!

The taste is not too good

Perfect Food is very hard to drink. Drinking it with water or in smoothies does not cover the taste. I am aware this is a super health food with many healthy ingredients causing it to not taste good. Other than the taste, awesome product with all the needed health benefits.

I prefer the perfect raw green super food unflavored as my morning smoothie with a bled of fruits and vegetables. It is satisfying and stays with me til lunch time.

Pain & Stiffness Stopped

When i started drinking Garden of Life Vitamin Code Perfect Food Raw i stopped buying those 5-hour energy drinks. The pain and stiffness i had in my left hand stopped. I mix PFR with almond and rice drink. I drink PFR every morning.
