Take each dose evenly throughout the day. When taking the M1D and Epi Andro, do not take them together. Take them 3x per day with at least 10 minutes time apart. An example would be taking the M1D at 8am and the Epi Andro at 8:15am.
Weeks 1-4 M1D Andro: Take one M1D capsule 3x per day with a full glass of water. Once in the morning, once in the afternoon and finally once at night.
