really helps with sleep

I am a big fan of taking melatonin like this before you sleep. I do not recommend that you take this every single night, because then your body will get used to it and it will no longer be very effective. However, if you use this just once or twice a week you will reap some good sleep benefits from it. I use this every Thursday night because I have to get up early for work on Fridays, and this puts me right out. Only downside is that they some in small doses.
