Directions & Dosage
Metabolic Nutrition recommends taking 1-3 scoops of Glycoload per day depending on your training requirements. If can be taken anytime during the day for an energy boost, pre-workout for more energy, intra workout for more energy and pumps or post-workout for recovery. Many customers take 1 scoop pre-workout, 1 scoop intra workout and finally 1 scoop post workout.

I really enjoy using it, if I am lifting heavy, I can adjust the amount taken, if I am going on a ten mile bike ride, I can adjust for that. Different days of training, require various supplements.

This product by far beats out every other carb supplement that is on the market. They took cluster dextrin and broke it down even more into mircocrystalized cyclic dextrin which means you will have zero stomach issues. To top it off there added their tri-pep product in it, which are bcaas that are peptided bonded so they actually make it to the muscle and don't get broken down like most bcaa products, then they added glycerol which will pull water directly to the muscle to prevent cramping. If that wasn't enough they added alpha lipoic acid and vandlyn sulfate which increases the absorption of glucose into the muscle. If you're looking for a carb drink for your pre, intra or post workout drink, stop looking because you have found the best product on the market.

Almost like drinking gatorade. Just top off my bottle when it hits 50% and I'm good to go again. I bought the lemon and grape flavors. Will try them all at some point.
I know how to use it and what it does . When to use it and how it works. Alot of people dont even know what for..if they did..they could up there gym time by 1hour. And add beet root powder to it....Whewwwwww!!!!the pump and endurance is off the chart Bud Keener
Favorite intra workout supplement now. Good energy throughout and good pumps, especially when I don't take any carbs in during the day. Just like there other products, blue raspberry is the best.
I have been use Karbolyn for a while and that is a good product but I am a huge fan of Metabolic Nutrition products. To me this one works much better than other brands. The pump is great and added carbs give great amounts of energy. It really boosts your workout. The flavors are great and this product mixes well with other products and being a lot of their products have same flavor its even better
I purchased this as soon as it came out from Metabolic Nutrition. First the taste is awesome. Mixes really easily. I am currently taking two scoop intra-workout now that I am taking in more carbs. Awesome pumps. I love taking Glycoload on arm day because my biceps are so pumped and vascular...it's worth it just for that. I feel like I am less sore the day after as well. I was taking Karbolyn...no more...now I am sticking with this!
