Wholemega Review

New Chapters is an excellent company if your looking for health and nutritional products. They consistently make high quality products from fish oil to multivitamins. Wholemega is a fish oil capsule that stands out from the rest. First off the fish oil comes from 100% Wild caught Alaskan Salmon which is very important. Some fish oils use farm caught salmon which have higher levels of mercury and other harmful pollutants. Wholemega also does not purify it's fish oil the conventional way. It goes through an Extra-****** process similar to that of Extra-****** Olive Oil. They key with this process is that throughout the normal purification process of most fish oils many beneficial vitamins and minerals are taken out. WHOLEmega however retains these via it's Extra-****** process. Simply look at the majority of fish capsules out there and you can tell if it has been heavily processed or not. Most will almost be a clear gold colour while these are a nice redish color. The big difference lies in that the process takes out most of an anti-oxidant called Astaxanthin. Research shows that due to Astaxanthin's potent antioxidant activity, it may be beneficial in cardiovascular, immune, inflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases. WHOLEmega is more than just simply a product that provides you with a tiny bit of healthy fat. It also provides a broad spectrum of Omega 3,5,6,7,8 & 9 Fatty Acids giving you the perfect balance. Last but not least WHOLEmega is easy to swallow and will not give you fish burps or an upset stomach. I highly recommend this product if your serious about your health or are in need of more EFA's in your diet. Unfortunately the typical American diet has evolved to the point where our bodies mostly only get the unhealthy fats from things such as fatty meats, baked goods etc. This product will certainly help to balance things out!
