Directions & Dosage
Redcon 1 recommends that you take 1-2 servings of Cluster Bomb during your workouts. If cutting, only take this product during your most intense workouts. If bulking, take during each workout.
Stacks: Because this product contains no stimulants, it can be stacked with almost anything from Redcon 1. If you are on a bulking diet, it is recommended to take Cluster Bomb with RPG, which is a product to help shuttle more nutrients into the muscle cells.
Cycle: This product does not need to be cycled.

Started bulking and bought Glycolog and Cluster Bomb. One for the carbs and the other for the nutrient partitioning. Both work great together. Amazing pumps, veins poppin and the strength and recovery is right where I need it to be.
Use it before training. Use it after training. Use it during training. Cluster bomb absorbs fast and clean. Helps alot with endurance and pumps. Will help you train for longer.
Just joined Crossfit a few weeks ago and after telling them my diet, they said I needed more carbs with the workouts I was doing. Found cluster bomb and this stuff tastes really good. Only been taking it a week, but the big thing I see is more energy during the wods. Feel a lot better and not as tired. Not sure if this is because of just having extra carbs or if this product is special. I am liking it no matter what though. I gave it a 5 out of 5.
