Great product to keep your levels even

I started taking DIM along with DHEA to help with my training and weight control, but the benefits go far greater than just that, I have more energy, am more rational in stressfully situations , it's like I have a opt out button , another plan, I am glad I started using these supplements , I only wish I had if started sooner, cannot fault them, just make sure you have them with meals as on a empty stomach they do make myself a bit light headed. Maybe just me but , that's my 2 cents worth

Piece of mind

I heard about this product on Dr. Oz; it has a lot of benefits for those who do not eat a lot of green vegetables like myself. I have been using it for about 9 months and I do see clearer skin on my face. I guess it's just a piece of mind knowing your getting these important nutrients through a supplement.

Initially BIG FAN, Update -Mistaken!

I was a BIG FAN of this product initially. This is an UPDATE, I reviewed it initially with 5 stars, was I ever wrong. While there were some benefits, after seeing this on Dr. Oz I ordered & began taking it. NEVER in my wildest dreams would I have guessed DIM to be the culprit that caused excruciating pain in one knee for 6+ months. Rarely go to the Doc yet almost kowtowed & went, as I walked with a noticeable limp & it made it difficult to walk, much less work on my legs/feet. It kept me up at night "all night" with severe pain in that knee, worse upon getting up, or after lying/sitting down. Thought it was arthritis at 1st. No amount of aspirin, Alieve, Ibuprofen... removed the pain. Began taking Juniper Berries, thinking perhaps it was uric acid buildup. That too failed to work, nor did large amounts of water to try & flush it out. I FORGOT to take DIM for a couple weeks and voila' the pain subsided until within 10 days I was/am completely free of pain that stayed with me since I began taking it. Unable to say how GRATEFUL I was to discover it wasn't arthritis, old age, surgery needed, etc. That it was DIM that caused me so much pain. I will say -initially it did give me headaches, however my complexion noticeably improved, energy increased. Definitely NOT worth taking for the amount of pain or SLEEP LOST from being in pain. This may not be the case for everyone - I don't know if there's an allergy component or what, but I do know I am beyond thankful to be RID OF THE AWFUL DEBILITATING PAIN. Plus fyi, it smells like you're taking MOTHBALLS, unpleasant smell. If I can save even 1 person from experiencing the awful pain I did by letting them know, I'm grateful. Would never have dawned on me that it was the DIM if I hadn't forgotten to take it. What a HUGE blessing in disguise that turned out to be. Please be careful if taking this, or you may want to check with your doctor beforehand. Knowing what I know now, I would never take or recommend this product again, though it appeared to be something healthy. Live n' learn~

Worth it's Weight in Gold!

Despite the awful mothball-smell, this DIM product is worth its weight in gold! Initially I experienced a dull headache for approximately 3-4 days (must be a detox affect), also a slight increase in hot flashes, though both subsided after the initial 1st week of taking it. WOW- I've spent quite a bit on facial products & NONE of them compare to how DIM clears up your complexion from the inside out. The benefits can clearly be seen within the 1st 2 weeks of using it directly on your face. I have an increase in energy, clearer-thinking, & appears there may be a bit of weight loss. Haven't weighed myself, but can see my face thinning out, & my clothing is fitting a bit looser (Thank goodness!) Have also a noticed a decrease in craving soda, and strangely for me an increase in cravings for healthier fare. Highly recommend this product & will continue taking it to reap the benefits. I take it along with the Chromium PicolYtinate.

So far so good

I have been taking DIM for a week now. I started taking DIM after hearing about for early menopause in my local health food store. The clerk told me that they we sold out do to Dr. Oz promoting it. I watched that segment and I was sold. They are supposed to balance your hormones but I haven't seen results that I can see yet. I started with 1 tablet daily and I will up that amount to two daily to see if that helps. The DIM makes your urine dark but no other side effects.
