Best Fiber Supplements for Gay Bottoms

So if you've found your way to this blog post it's likely because you're wondering how to keep a clean butt for anal sex. The key to keeping a clean bum for anal sex is fiber. Maybe you remember seeing the Postmates Commercial back during Pride Month which gave some menu options and diet tips for bottoms, well most of those meals and tips revolved around consuming enough fiber. In today's post we'll be breaking down the Best Fiber Supplements for Bottoms.

You may remember as a kid your grandma or parents telling you to "eat your roughage". Dietary Fiber is also known as roughage and is the indigestible part of plan and a carbohydrate the body can't digest. Fiber is mostly found in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and legumes. Fiber has a number of benefits including normalizing bowel movements, helping to maintain a healthy bowel, lowering cholesterol, helping to control blood sugar, and assisting in maintaining a healthy weight.

In the bathroom department it's especially helpful, when taking fiber you should notice more regular bowel movements, fuller more satisfying bowel movements, and what we in the industry refer to as "Ghost Poops". Yep, you'll find that more often than not, you won't even need to wipe as fiber helps keep your poop together. We'd still recommend wiping just to make sure, as the old saying goes, "it takes two wipes to realize it only took one", better safe than sorry.

Why Fiber Is Good For Bottoms

Fiber Helps You Keep Your Shit Together... Literally

Soluble fibers are not digested, though they do dissolve in water, fiber absorbs excess liquid from the colon and forms a thick gel. It also adds a lot of bulk to your poop as it makes it's way through your intestinal tract and down to your rectum, picking up scraps and stragglers as it moves through. It also softens and pushes through any stuck or impacted fecal matter.

Fiber Shapes Your Poop

Because fiber doesn't disolve in water and can't be absorbed by your body it acts somewhat like a pipe cleaner cleaning out a pipe, pushing everything through the colon and our your butt without breaking off and leaving anything behind.

Fiber Is The Key To A Clean Butt

Remember earlier when I referred to "Ghost Poops"? When taking a fiber supplement you'll notice that you have firmer more solid poops, you don't get anything breaking off at the end leaving a mess behind. Fiber helps bulk up your waste matter and shapes it for an easier transit through your body ensuring that it leaves the rectum and anal cavity intact. This means that for most guys taking fiber, they won't need to do an enema or any anal douching.

Psyllium husk, it's a little miracle. Tastes weird and turns any liquid you put it in into jelly, but you'll be regular as clockwork if you take a teaspoon a day. There's nothing that will guarantee mess free anal though so if you're freaked out by poop anal may not be for you.

Psyllium husk is a pretty good start. My only advice is to start low taking it a couple of times a day and work your way up to find the sweet spot for your diet. If you jump to a higher dose right away it can cause discomfort.

Metamucil os solid. Skip the pills though and go straight for the powder. The pills are marked up stupidly high and its just more inconvient to swallow a fistful of pills than it is a cup of metamucil.

I started with Pure for Men and it worked well. I then switched to generic pysllium husk pills and it worked exactly the same. I think Pure for Men tries to distinguish itself by saying its pills contain a mixture of fiber sources but really, all you need is any source of pysllium husk and a fairly clean diet. Currently, I dont even use pills. I switched to buying pysllium husk powder in bulk and mixing it into my oatmeal in the morning. Still works the same.

Even if you don't have sex regularly, it's really nice having those 2-4 wipe poops instead of those greasy million wipe poops

Even if you don't bottom, they're great for regularity and not enough fiber in your diet can cause colon issues, so get munchin. I take them in capsules, which eliminates the flavor problem and is way less messy than mixing powder. Just be sure to start with a small dose and drink lots of water.

So when it comes to fiber supplements there's generally two ways to take them, one being capsules, and two being powder. While some people enjoy the ease and convenience of taking capsules over having to drink the powdered fiber, it's oftentimes difficult to get enough fiber without taking a ton of capsules. This is the case with a lot of bulkier ingredients including Fiber, Collagen and others, the serving size is so large you have to take a huge amount of capsules to get an adequate dose. For that reason I personally prefer buying the bulk powder. Some people find it to be a bit of a pain to drink as it does have somewhat of a saw dust consistency, personally though I mix mine in with my Glaxon Supergreens and chug it down and I don't even notice. One other tip with fiber supplements, as soon as you mix them drink them immediately, if you let them sit for more than a couple minutes it turns into a gelatinous blob.
