Core Nutritionals, which is a spin-off brand of Merica Labz, one of our favs, has been busy revamping many of their supplements this past year. One supplement fans of the brand were waiting for was "ZZZ" the brands recovery and sleep support supplement. In addition to modernizing the packaging and branding, some changes were made to the formula as well.

The formula for the most part remains the same with most ingredients and dosages, however one minor or large change, depending on how you look at it, is the removal of Phenibut. Over the past year or two many sleep and recovery formulas have been removing the ingredient Phenibut. Core Nutritionals replaced the Phenibut with 150mg of 5-HTP.

This one just dropped yesterday on the Core Nutritionals website, it should be rolling out to partner retailers like ourselves in the coming weeks. For those of you who prefer a formula with Phenibut checkout Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Somatomax which still contains Phenibut.

We'll keep you posted as to when this one comes in and will hopefully bringing you a review in the near future.
