expensive but does work

Creatine is an essential part of any serious lifters supplement stack. It is also one of the cheapest supplements on the market. However, other forms of creatine like this All American Kre-alkalyn EFX can be pretty expensive. I would probably rather just buy the regular unflavored creatine monohydrate supplements. This stuff does work but is pretty expensive for creatine. It is pretty handy to take in the pill form, and you can take the bottle anywhere, so that is a plus.

An expensive creatine.

I will be heading back to my trusty ole creatine monohydrate. I just can not accept having to pay so much more for this particular creatine. It was convenient to not have to measure out the creatine powder and just pop a capsule or two. The endurance and strength effects were negligible. I can not really say whether it was better or not but i kind of believe creatine monohydrate may have a slight edge. Seeing all the money spent for this product i was trying not to fall victim of placebo. There was a clear and distinct difference as far as water retention goes. Way less bloat. Price just is a complete deal breaker.

Best Creatine on the Market!

I was one of those who couldn't see the point in paying extra for creatine. You can get almost a year of monohydrate for the same price. That is until I did a little research on Creatine. Without going into too much detail, all I will say is that there are no real long term studies on the effects of creatine and its byproducts. What is known is that in lab animals creatine causes a hardening of the heart muscle. That is one muscle you don't want thickened. More studies are needed outside of industry funded ones. Everyone do your own research and never take advice from anyone whose product lists every health Condition known to man as a disqualifier for use. That means they have no real clue what their product really does. Your basically freeing them from any responsibility for their product. With all that said, I decided if I still wanted to train with creatine it would be healthier to find a product that doesn't require huge doses. Quality over Quantity. I started with Kre and noticed an overall better experience than with monohydrate. No bloating, a fraction of the dosage, with all the same benefits. Now I switch back and forth between Kre and Con-Crete. Train smart and everyone please research thoroughly anything your going to put in your bodies.

I liked the pill form

This is a pretty good product. I liked how this creatine is in pill form. You can just drop it in your mouth and thats it instead of mixing it in a drink. The only downisde is it is expensive. You can get much more creatine mohonhydrate and still have the same effects. It said the PH Buffered Creatine is Creatine bound to Sodium to enhanced absorption. I couldn't really tell a difference. Stick with creatine monohydrate instead

Didnt notice an effect

Liked that it was in pill form, easier to take than powdered creatine. Didnt notice much of an effect and also more expensive than monohydrate

Easy to use the price is worth it

I just started taking All American EFX Kre-Alkalyn EFX and enjoy it. It's great throughout the workout and after I'm pumped.

Staple Supplement

All American EFX Kre-Alkalyn EFX creatine should be a staple in everyone's lifting supplement diet. I am a naturally bigger guy, and I know the positive effects creatine can have on one's lifting life. However with monohydrate I always got the unwanted bloated. With All American EFX Kre-Alkalyn I get all the positive effects of creatine but without the water retention. This pre-buffered creatine is without a doubt incredibly useful and really easy to take in pill form. I saw results in about a week, my lifts and had more energy when lifting heavy.
