FAQ

When can I expect to receive my package?

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1 PM CST typically ship out within 2-3 days. We make a concerted effort to keep our inventory 100% accurate as we run a live inventory with our website. When you add a product to the cart (press the 'Buy' button) the website will display whether or not the product you are ordering is available or out of stock. If it is a case where you order a quantity of a product that exceeds our available quantity, the website will display that you have exceeded the available quantity. No worries you will be emailed with a reminder of this within 24 hours of placing your order with the exception of Saturday and Sunday. In this case you will be emailed on the following Monday. At this time you may substitute the out of stock item with an available item, receive a refund for the item, or you may wait until that item becomes available again (we will inform you have how long this will be, usually 1 - 3 days). If you order an item that is set to pre-order please note the estimated time of arrival and that you will not be charged for these items until they ship.

My package saids delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?
Please allow 24-48 hours to see if the package shows up. Some mail carriers will mark it as delivered when it is still in the truck. If you still have not received your package after 48 hours, please call us to start an investigation.

 

What is Route Insurance?
Route is our insurance you can add on to your order to protect your package! Route covers if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen! It does not cover if address is entered wrong and is delivered to said address. Please contact customer service if this happens. Route does not cover if package is seized and we are not responsible for seized packages.

 

My Pre-Workout is clumped, what do I do?
It's still great to take! An ingredient called "glycerol" tends to make the pre workouts clump up. Our vendors say to just break it up with a spoon and or even blend it all together. If you have any more questions, please contact our customer service team.

 

What Does 'Delayed Shipping' mean?
If you want a product that states Delayed Shipping on it, that simply means that we currently do not have it in stock in our warehouse, BUT we can still order it from the vendor. Once the order is placed, we then place an order with the vendor, the vendor sends it to us, and once we receive the shipment, it then gets shipped to you.

 

Do you ship to military addresses such as APO & FPO addresses?

Answer: Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO military addresses. We ship thousands of orders to military addresses every year. Simply choose USPS Priority Mail for your shipping option as UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. The charges are calculated based on the weight of the package & are assessed before you enter your credit card information. The shipping costs are the same as if you are shipping to the states.

Here’s how to ship to your APO/FPO Address:
Simply choose USPS Priority Mail shipping option. Enter your address in the ‘shipping address’ area in your form. (Make sure you enter your actual credit card billing address in the ‘billing address’ section. This is the address on file with your credit card company. We use the billing address for verification. If you do not enter this, your order will be declined):

Enter either APO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state, you do not need to enter the actual city or state, these serve the purpose. These orders arrive relatively fast. Most orders are delivered to you within 1 week of you placing your order! However in extreme cases it may take up to 3 weeks.

Can I pay for an order with a check or money order?

Yes. For orders weighing more than 4 pounds, be sure to use the shipping estimator online.

2. To pay with a personal check, send it to the above address with your Driver’s License number on the check. Note allorders will be held until the check has cleared. Once the check has cleared, your order will be sent out.

3. For a gift card, make sure to register the card with your billing address before ordering or it will not be approved by our system.

What is your low price guarantee, and what do I do if I find a lower price?

We try to have the absolute lowest prices online. If you find a lower price somewhere, inform us of the website that has a lower price at the time of your order, and we will see what we can do to match that price upon confirmation (we will not match competitor pricing if you are using reward points). Note we can only try to match or beat prices from only one merchant per transaction.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Do you match free shipping?

Sorry, we do not do this as we have found companies that offer this service either have higher product prices or there is a “catch” to the free shipping offer. However keep you eyes open for monthly special coupons on our site. In most cases these coupons will cover the cost of shipping or will actually be free shipping when the criteria is met.

I own a gym or other private business and I would like to buy products from you for resale, can I get a lower prices based on increased volume?

Yes, this is possible in some cases. In order to see if you qualify please call (800) 499-4810 and a representative will be able to help you.

During what hours can I speak to a representative?

Do you have a catalog or price list you can send me?

No, we currently do not.

Is it safe to use my credit card online? What about fraud?

All transactions processed are 100% secure, on our SSL server. You will see the url in your address bar change from ‘http’ to ‘https’ indicating that your transaction is being processed on a secure server. Click our SSL certificate for verification located on the left navigation panel. Best Price Nutrition goes to great lengths to ensure our website is a 100% secure destination to do business. We use a 3rd party software called Signifyd to catch fraud before the order is placed. If Signifyd labels your order as fraud, it will be canceled without notice. Sorry, as we get a few dozen attempted fraudulent orders per day.

Do you ship protein bars during the summer months?

Yes we do however Best Price Nutrition is not responsible for melted bars. Our advice is to order your bars in the spring time to stock up for the summer.
