Both Ghost and NutraBio Hot Chocolate have similar macros, both contain 20 grams of protein and similar calorie counts. As far as mixability both mixed pretty easily. The biggest difference was NutraBio Protein Hot Cocoa had a much more authentic hot chocolate taste with no protein after taste. NutraBio to date has the best protein hot chocolate we've tried.
