How to Make the Perfect Shake/Drink: Mix or shake 1 scoop (30 grams) with 150 mL (6 ounces, 3/4 of a cup) of water, milk or juice. May use up to 8 scoops per day. Best taken upon waking and post workout. Take whenever you need more protein to meet your goals for the day.
