ZMA is a supplement that has been disputed for a while. There have only been a few studies on its effectiveness. Basically if you are eating right then this product is probably not necessary at all. Although if you think you might be deficient in zinc and magnesium then this might help you see some gains, but even this is not proven yet.
If you have trouble sleeping, or creating muscle growth, this is the product for you. I have noticed gains in lean muscle mass after a month of using it. On top of that its an amazing product, the sleep it leaves you with definitely leaves you rested. It will knock you out once you get to sleep and you will sleep soundly through the night! I have recommended it to my buddy I train and am cycling on this during my offseason to help create some size while being lean!
This works pretty well. I had never taken ZMA before I tried this, but had heard about it a lot before testing out this AllMax ZMA. Overall, I would say that it helped me to fall asleep much more quickly than when I was not taking it. I do not suggest that you take it for months straight, because your body can get used to it and then it will not have the same effect. I take it now for a month, and then cycle off of it. One month of taking it, and then one month of not taking it. This ZMA is a good product.
I really enjoy this brand of ZMA. I always opt for Allmax anyways cause i have gotten nothing but great quality supplements from them in the past. This stuff worked immediately. The first night i felt a difference in my sleeping quality. It also gave me vivid dreams all night. i feel completely refreshed when i wake up in the morning. The dose is strict with only three regular sized capsules. I accidentally bit one of the capsules open and would strongly advise you not make that mistake. All in all a great product that i will definitely keep in the regular supplement stack.
I took Allmax ZMA before and I can't say it's the best, but it's a decent addition to your supplement regimen. It does aid in relaxation and sleep aid from my own personal experience. I would say give it a try for yourself and be the verdict of your own decision!
I've been using Allmax ZMA for a few months now. I don't really buy into it being anabolic per se, but since I had low zinc levels, which can effect testosterone levels, I figured that supplementing with ZMA is a good way to remedy this. I can't say I've noticed anything significant from it, but that's not why I'm taking it. I treat it like a multi-vitamin, which I don't really expect to feel either. No side effects to report frome; no strange/vivid dreams with it, as some people have reported from using ZMA. I take it about 30 minutes before bed every night.
I usually take ZMA when I have trouble sleeping or am stressed out with the kids. This helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. I don't feel drowsy in the morning either...totally refreshed! Always keep a bottle on hand.
