    Great Supplement

    Flax seed has many proven benefits as a supplement. They are high in protein and fats while low in carbohydrates. They are good for helping you feel full which can definitely help when you are dieting and trying to cut down. They have also been shown to lower cholesterol and help normal bowel movements.

    Flaxseed is one of my go to healthy fats. It contains a lot of omega threes and also fiber. It is great on everything including smoothies, fresh fruit, soups, oatmeal. Taste so good, i can eat it right out of the jar. A good part about this product is it is also organic too. Very good product.

    This is a wonderful product. I love using flaxseed. It adds healthy fats, fiber and even some protein. Flaxseed is also very versatile. I add it into shakes, oatmeal, when panfrying fish, I add a little with flour to make a crispy edge. I def recommend this product.
