Directions & Dosage

Loading Phase Directions: You will get faster results from New CREATINE SELECT if you start with a loading phase: mix one scoop in 4-6 oz of water and consume 4 times daily (with meals) for the first 5 days. (If over 185 lbs take 5 servings per day for 5 days.)
