very efficient for muscles very efficient for ****** recovery ...
I take 3 tabs after each workout and even on my heavy lifting days, I am not sore and ready for my next workout.
I take 3 BCAAs after every work out to help with recovery and muscle mass. I have seen an increase in my muscle tone and definition since taking this product.
Beverly International BCAA's are the best product out there for quick recovery and less muscle soreness. I was always of the mindset that the more sore I was the better it was, but it made it difficult to lift heavy the next day. I still like the feeling of being sore because I know I worked hard, but the recovery time with BCAA's is what really matters.
