I was reading an article and reviews of flax seed oil on a really popular bodybuilding website and a bunch of people were saying that taking flax seed oil helped with their joint pain and helped to lubricate their joints. I have pretty bad knee pain from squatting, so I figured I would try this out. I took two tablespoons of this per day, and it really helped my joints. They feel good now. The only problem is that this product is kind of expensive to take every day. It is worth it though.
