Beets are one of the ultimate superfoods, however I've never really enjoyed eating them. This powder brings me all the power of beets that I'd never be willing to eat enough of them to get, and it actually doesn't taste too bad. I typically chug it and chase it with a Gatorade or sports drink. This stuff is a great alternative to a preworkout and typically lasts me a little under two hours before I feel the effects starting to fade.
I've been taking Total Beets for a little over a month and I can definitely notice my energy levels have improved. As a firefighter one of the leading causes of death in my industry is heart disease so Total Beets is great for heart health which is why I take it!
Love this product, a nice added side effect besides better workouts is crazy solid erections. I love this stuff and apparently my wife does too!!!
