Lean EFX is a favorite of mine, I've tried a number of fat burners over the years and most make me anxious, make me crash, or give me the jitters, Lean EFX does none of that, just clean energy and great appetite suppression!
Most weight loss supplements I've tried seem to be just a bunch of stimulants that are too intense and don't focus enough on appetite suppression and helping with cravings, yeah I have a wicked sweet tooth, Lean EFX delivers on the appetite suppression!
I initially began taking Lean EFX to help with my weight loss, however I've lost the weight I wanted to lose, but continue to take it for the amazing focus, I'm so much more focused and attentive both at work and school.
Directions & Dosage
Formutech Nutrition recommends that you take 1 capsule/pill upon waking up in the morning. It is not recommended to take on an empty stomach of late in the day due to the extreme potency. Do not exceed more than 1 capsule/pill per day and do not take for more than 45 days without taking at least 30 days off before beginning another cycle.
Original vs. Refined: The original and 'old' formula had 1,3 DMAA. This new formula contains only DMHA.
