Directions

First assess your tolerance by taking 1-2 capsules 20-40 minutes before working out. Once tolerance has been assessed, take up to 4 capsules 20-40 minutes before working out.

On non-workout days, take 1-2 capsules 2-4 times per day to aid in recovery. Do not take more than 6 capsules in a 24 hour period.
