Was coming up about 50-60 short of my 500 gram carb total daily and instead of investing in a mass gainer grabbed Carbo Gain to throw into smoothies and protein shakes. mixes well depending on the water to malto ratio. I haven't tried just downing it with water, i can't imagine it would be pleasant but may not be awful. If you are in the same situation I was with meeting carb requirements I'd definitely pick this up. I only use about half a cup each time but one could use quite a bit more.
