This is a pretty cool supplement. You can use it in recipes and it pretty much takes on the flavor of any food that you put it in. However, this is a supplement that is basically straight soy. There are many studies that are showing that soy is not the best source of protein for men and weight lifters to be taking because it contains phyto estrogens. However, if you do not have a diet high in soy there is nothing to worry about. This is a cool supplement.
