How Do I Take Serious Nutrition Solutions Glycophase?
As a dietary supplement, take 2 to 4 capsules per day. Take 2 capsules up to twice daily, 15 to 30 minutes prior to your pre-training meal and/or other meals containing at least 30 to 100 grams of carbohydrates OR take 4 capsules once per day 15 to 30 minutes prior to your pre-training meal containing at least 50 to 100 grams of carbohydrates or 15 to 30 minutes before your heaviest carbohydrate containing meal of the day.
