I've been hearing about Spirulina for a while, finally decided to give it a try. This stuff is pleasant tasting and mixes great with my morning smoothie or glass of orange juice. I definitely feel more energized in general.
I've been taking Spirulina for the past 2-3 years but recently decided to try ZHOU Spirulina as I take a few other supplements from this brand. Spirulina is one of the most dense superfoods that exist. I also like that ZHOU's spirulina is Non-GMO and has no pesticides.Â
When I initially bought this Spirulina I thought it was a Blue Spirulina, the color is actually a very deep deep green but the effects are what I am after and they are the same. I'm a big fan of this product.Â
