Does Taking Preworkout Make Your Nipples Hard?
The popular social media site TikTok has become a place that sets trends and makes topics go viral in society and pop culture as a whole, but in particular in the health and fitness space. Working out, Gym Culture and Supplementation are some of the more common and more popular topics on Tik Tok. Over the past couple years TikTok has started trends like drinking chlorophyl water, dry scooping preworkouts, and most recently women have begun taking the supplement slippery elm, because the women of TikTok says it makes women wetter in intimate situations. Well the newest topic/trend on TikTok is women saying that taking preworkout supplements makes your nipples hard. So in todays post we're going to examine whether this is actually true.
So taking a preworkout supplement DOES NOT cause your nipples to become hard, though it is true that both men and women typically get hard nipples while working out, we assume that the women in the above TikTok post, as well as women in general most likely take preworkout on a regular basis when going to the gym, and assume it's the preworkout making their nipples hard, though in reality, its the act of working out which does this. Again, this isn't unique to women, both men and women experience this when working out due to a combination of things including increased heart rate, increased air flow, and activating muscle fibers in the chest. So no, hard nipples during a workout are not a result of taking a preworkout, nor are they a result of you being aroused by your chest presses or lunges.
To wrap up, we're going to dispel the TikTok Myth that taking preworkout supplements make your nips hard.
