A lot of people like his Gorilla Mind brand and his Gorilla Mind brand recently came out with a test booster called Sigma. And so we kind of wanted to compare Sigma. It seems like right now we're getting a lot of supplements that are a mix of Fadogia agrestis and tongkat ali.

Jeff:
Yep.

Two other ingredients that are really big this year. We got a couple of them in stock, Enhanced Black Ox and probably our most popular one, Hi-Tech Testosterone 21. So Jeff's taking this one, he's going to talk about a little bit, but we're also going to kind of compare the formulas as well as kind of the bank for your buck, between Derek's Sigma test booster and Testosterone 21. So we'll kind of run through this one. Derek's Sigma can be taken as a two or four capsule serving, We'll kind of go with their full four capsules. So they got 75 mcgs of vitamin D, 200 milligrams of magnesium, 30 milligrams of zink, a full gram of Fadogia agrestis, so 1000 milligrams, 400 milligrams of tongkat ali, which is kind of the recommended dosage.

And most of these studies showing its powerful test boosting abilities are based on 300 milligrams of ashwagandha. Just while I'm mentioning it I'm not sure if this is KSM-66 or not, but this is just a-

Generic ashwagandha and then six milligrams of boron. So I know these two supplements share a lot of ingredients.

Jeff:
Yeah. So it's close to Fadogia and Testosterone 21's 1200 milligrams.

John:
Cause you get an extra 200 milligrams in here.

Jeff:
Yep. And then the tongkat ali, of course, is the 400.

That's the standard. Now ashwagandha, Hi-Tech uses the KSM-66 and gives you a full 600 milligrams.

John:
Okayy, so you're getting a hefty dose of not only ashwagandha, but KSM-66, which seems to be kind of thought as being the most bioavailable, most absorbable and kind of the highest quality ashwagandha.

Jeff:
And the craziest thing is ashwagandha on its own is pretty expensive.

John:
Oh yeah.

Jeff:
You're getting 600 milligrams. So if you are one that takes ashwagandha, which I do, you can replace taking that with this problem if you're a man. And then the zinc is 50 milligrams, which... That was what, 40?

John:
30 here.

Jeff:
30 milligrams. So it's comparable in some ways, but high tech's gone a little above and beyond in other ways as well.

John:
Okay. And, in terms of... I want to say that Sigma is about 69, 70 bucks a bottle. I want to say we had this one for $49.

Jeff:
49, yep.

John:
And I want to say we have a... I think we have a volume deal on this too, where the price might even do a little bit lower if you buy a couple bottles. But I know you took... You ran this for a month when it came out, what was your experience?

Jeff:
Yeah. Well, I ran it for a month and I actually, got off of it and jumped back on it. And now it's kind of my daily thing. I do, like I mentioned earlier, I stopped taking ashwagandha separately because it's in here.

John:
Right.

Jeff:
So that saves me some money right there. But Testosterone 21, like the name, it's supposed to feel like I'm 21 again. And I'm twice that age, so do I feel like I'm 21? It's been a while, but it's definitely something that I did have more energy from. I don't want to get into my personal life, but it was better as well. And it's done enough for me that I feel the effects that I'm continuing to take it. I don't take too many things that we have, I try to take the stuff that has a lot of studies we've seen, like you said, experts talking about it, more plates, more dates. Okay. And you know, the Testosterone 21 was the most similar to Gorilla Mind Sigma. So I wanted to kind of compare these. If you're interested in these two ingredients Fadogia and tongkat ali, we have another one called Black Ox. I wound up getting a cracked bottle of it. So I've been taking it for a couple weeks here. Fairly similar, this one's got a little bit of a bigger formula. 300 milligrams of tongkat ali, so a little bit lower there, 1000 milligrams of Fadogia, but we also have [inaudible 00:05:05], DHEA, dim, fenugreek, and a number of other kind of test boosting ingredients in there as well.
