Insane Amino is amino acids with energy to boost recovery and power. With a very simple formula, this can help after working out or whenever you need a head start, so let's start celebrating the new movie!
L-Taurine: This is an amino acid that is great for hydration and recovery so you get less muscle soreness. Taurine also is part of the protein building blocks, so it can help with gaining lean muscles.
BCAA Blend: This blend includes L-Leucine, IsoLeucine, and L-Valine. These are the main BCAAs and help with recovery, hydration, and soreness. You deplete these while working out, so its a good idea to replenish afterwards.
L-Glutamine: This is another amino acid that helps with creatine muscles because of its biosynthesis of proteins. Glutamine is the one amino acid that mostly in our bodies, so why not add more to it? By doing so, it can increase your immune system and help with the repair of muscles.
L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate: This is also called AAKG that helps to make nitric oxide in your liver! This then gives you pumps and better absorption.
