Supplement company Vital Proteins, best known for their Collagen supplements has just revealed an all new high protein snack bar. This all new Vital Performance Bar will feature 20 grams of protein from collagen peptides as well as milk protein and whey protein isolate, with half the bars protein coming from collagen. Vital Performance will also feature 11 grams of fat, 12 grams of carbs, 2 grams of sugar, and 230 calories. Those macros may vary slightly dependent upon flavor, and these bars are set to come in three flavors including Vanilla Coconut, Salty Chocolate Peanut, and Chocolate Almond. 

As far as the taste and texture, this is more a chocolate candy bar than a typical protein bar. It features a candy bar style with a doughy middle and crispy protein crisps. Vital Proteins is promising Vital Performance Bars will change the game as far as protein bars go. These just dropped on the Vital Proteins website in boxes of 12.
